Account Manager - Newcastle

We are looking to recruit a Account Manager to join our growing Customer Experience team.  atom. are a company who are constantly looking to improve and innovate with regards to our customers’ experience as we continue to deliver leading class services to our clients.

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of those services, ensuring that they are managed in accordance with defined service level agreements.  They act as an initial point of escalation for customer queries and work closely with other departments to drive through service improvements.  As such, the successful candidate will be required to have exceptional communication skills, understand the importance of active listening principles, and demonstrate an ability to control conversation, whilst retaining focus on the customer’s needs at all times.

Field Sales - Newcastle

Accountable for identifying sales opportunities and developing a sales pipeline whilst providing an excellent level of customer service.  The role is responsible for consistently delivering against targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently delivering sales across the UK
  • Proactively developing and nurturing sales leads
  • Taking leads from the Pre-sales Team and developing them
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service and focus
  • Responsibility for managing key accounts and generating additional business
  • Attending conferences and networking events as and when required to support the needs of the business
  • Presenting solutions to current and prospective customers

Service Desk Supervisor - Newcastle

As a Service Desk Supervisor, you oversee the Service Desk staff and ensures that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance with Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment and Access Management. In this role you are responsible for managing all procedures related to identification, prioritisation, and resolution of all end user incidents and service requests within atom.

In this position you provide support and leadership to the team. As you work on projects you coordinate between the internal departments, and you manage strategic implementations. Furthermore, you build strong relationships with your colleagues within the technical department and make sure to give excellent service to key customers.

1st Line Support - Newcastle

Key responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Qualifying and documenting the problems raised by customers;
  • Responsible for handling support of service requests which relate to all technology including; workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.
  • Provide on-site support for client networks and applications across the UK.
  • Provide remote and telephone support for client networks and applications.

 

The ideal candidate for this position will have at 2 years + experience within the support sector.
